GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to visit Tanzania?+
The dry season (June–October) is best for game viewing, while the wildebeest calving happens January–March. Kilimanjaro is climbed year-round, with the clearest conditions from January–March and June–October.
Do you offer tailor-made itineraries?+
Yes — every trip is built around you. Tell us your dates, budget, pace and interests, and we’ll shape a route that fits, including add-ons like Zanzibar beach days.
How fit do I need to be to climb Kilimanjaro?+
No technical climbing is required, but good general fitness helps. We choose routes with better acclimatisation profiles and go at a steady pace to maximise your chance of reaching the summit.
Are your trips suitable for families and first-timers?+
Absolutely. Many of our guests are first-time safari-goers and families. Our guides tailor the pace and explain everything as you go.
What is included in the price?+
Typically park fees, accommodation, meals on safari, a private 4x4 with a professional guide, and airport transfers. International flights, visas, tips and personal items are usually excluded — we confirm the exact inclusions in your quote.
How do I book and pay?+
Start with an inquiry — no payment needed. Once we’ve finalised your itinerary, a deposit secures your dates, with the balance due before travel. We’ll guide you through every step.
